Choose how people can join your team:

Team is visible in the “Select Team” dropdown during registration. Anyone can join. |

Anyone with the invite link can join. Unlimited number of participants. |
Invite Only |
Only individuals who receive an email invite can join. One registration per email. Shared emails will not work. |
Step 4: Choose Packet Pickup Option
You are responsible for communicating the chosen option to your team.

Each team member picks up their own packet at the Expo. |
Group |
You (Team Captain) pick up all packets for the team members who joined by the group deadline of January 9th. No selective pickups allowed. You must arrange and communicate distribution to your team. Anyone that joins a team after January 9th will be excluded from the group and must pick up their own packet at the expo.
Note: Recommended for Private teams. Public teams should use individual pickup. |
Step 5: Submit Team Registration
After completing all selections, submit your registration form.
Optional Step 6: If You’re Participating – Link Yourself to the Team
If you’re also racing, you’ll need to link your registration to the team:

Log in at EventDog.com.

Click on “Edit Registration” in your Team Captain registration.

Return to your dashboard. You’ll see a box to accept the invite.

Go to your Team Management page — you should now see yourself listed on the team.

Follow the same steps as inviting a team member, then complete your race registration.
